Earlier the engine ran real loud, but it has quieted a bit and the performance is much better. Now if only I could get the creaking noises to stop. I had the upper control arms in my left front suspension replaced. They were worn out and were creaking real bad.

Of course, since the lower one's bear most of weight I have to get those replaced as well. The high mileage is getting to the car, but seems like all the work I'm putting into the car is really paying off I will definitely ask the guys at the shop to check out the alternator and verify the percentage at which it is running. Thanks bro.
I have the same problem right now!
My car's front suspension is creaking real bad too... I just ordered both axles... in automatic transmission cars, is the same in both sides!
this saturday I will have them replaced. The car right now is vibrating a lot when I accelerate it... and is because the axles that are damage!

I'll let you know how it changed after the tune up.

Take care

Default Fan Control Module?

Hello I have a question. My fans used to stay on all the time while the car was on. and when I shut the car they would turn off. But now they don't turn on at all. I checked there is no water in the ecu box. and I looked at the fan control module itself and it was pretty corroded and wasnt looking to good. Im wondering if its that.? thanks for help

hey i ao change thesm new to the forum so i dont know if i am posting in the right place. ust got an audi a4 1.8t 2004. had issue with the lights. it would not come on when put on dim. check it out with a guy and he said both balast on the hid kit were damage, so am waiting to change these. i got this car to save on gas, i previously drive a toyato truck. my question is this: can i swith off the turbo timer and does that mean if its off the turbo wont be engaged, so i could save a little on gas? hope my question makes sense. looking for a response.
