Getting CHIPPED today...any final advice?
I decided to take the plunge- going with APR for my 2005 A4 1.8T. Hope I don't regret this! Car is still under extended warranty but APR has a sale now (fully loaded ECU for $499) which includes stock mode- so i can switch it to dealer setting for servicing etc.
The mechanic assured me that on the 05 models, I don't need to upgrade the diverter valve-apparently audi upgraded the valve.
Anything else I should ask him about?

Injectors, get injectors. APR will try to sell them to you for $500, but they can be had as low as $350. They are the Stock injectors for the Audi TT 1.8T 225HP

So far mine have held up- wonder if Audi fixed the coilpack issue on the later b6s.
Do I have to get oilchanges more frequently after chipping? Now I do them every 10K - basically follow the service schedule.
