Is this a good deal?
Hai guise. Im looking at this vehicle ([URL="http://www.circleaudi.com/inventory/details.php/VIN_WAUKF78E86A263272/ID_circleaudi/UI_detail_new2[/URL]) and i have a few questions.
First, what exactly is "Continuous" Is that like the CVT transmission from Nissan?
Do bolt on exhausts Differ from the sedan and the wagon?
And finally, can someone recommend a basic performance upgrade path?
Thanks!!!!

That would be cvt. Do not buy a cvt, they are nothing but trouble, and you definitely can not upgrade and be reliable. If you get fwd get a manual, if you want auto you need quattro. Actually, you should get quattro either way IMO.
I think it is a bit overpriced. FYI, I got a 2004 FWD CVT in August of '08 with 54K on it for 14.6K.
Also, I have read loads of complaints with regards to the CVT and it fragility, and despite the fact that I have had no problems with it, I would advise you to avoid it, since they are fairly expensive to maintain and replace if need be.
Also, in regards to OP

Yes.

I don't think so.

Tires -> Brakes -> Chip* -> Intake/Exhaust* -> Suspension
*APR usually groups these together with their Stage tuning scheme.

I dont know where this 'cvt' talk is coming from, the title to the ad says: 2006 AUDI A4 AVANT QUATTRO AUTOMATIC 2.0T
and, it says right in the add, under 'features': quattro permanent all-wheel drive system, includes Torsen torque sensing center differential
So its a Quattro, not CVT.... sheesh.
