you mean dipped headlight ? have u made sure the connecting at the back of the housing is secure and snug.

No it's actually my turn signal, I think it's the middle pieces, the one for the turn signal is worn out or something

No it says it's out but I check it it's not burnt out and if I out in a new one it still says its our
