sometimes my car does this and sometimes it does not, when im driving i feel heat comming from underthe steering wheel and the passanger feels it come hit their legs too. i know im not retarded i make sure my heater is off cuz thats what i keep getting from my friends... but at the same time the feeling of heat that im getting does resemble what i would experience if the heater was on
what could this be? someon help?

 

Is that something really hot? I feel kinda the same thing when its hot outside and my windows are open. Cause your face gets the fresh air (colder then inside) and the air inside stays the same (higher temp.) so it feels like it is hotter inside, right where the cd changer is.

If the fan setting is off and the thermostat is set high the condensor will not be converting the extra heat from the engine into cool air. Try setting your thermostat to a lower temperatiure and see if that helps, even whent he fan is off.

 

my thermostat is always a low i have no reason to use the heater. its been hot as hell in california. just as long as i know my car isent over heating them im fine for now. still curious to know what it is though its hard to drive on the freeway with the windows up it gets really warm
