Yea when they replace your waterpump timing belt should be done while everything is apart. And the new water pumps have changes done to them to ensure this problem wont occur again. It had something to do with the seals that dosent allow water flow through the system. Thats what my tech told me.

the problem was the water pump. sprocket and the fin was turning independently.
just changed timing belt and water pump. took me bout 3 hours but wasn't that hard.
glad no sign of overheating now, but still no heat from vents.
one of the heater core hose get hot but the other hose is warm.
i flushed heater core couple days ago, didn't seem like plugged.
i got tired im going to look at it tmr.

Thanks for everyones help on this. My heater is now working. The dealer needed to flush this out a few times and bleed the system. I told them what you guys said and they said "Oh Yeah sometimes we need to do that". Um after two years of no heat would have been nice if they realized that sooner :-) they also replaced the radiator which they claimed they needed to do to get the heater working and they wouldn't do the flush without replacing that. When they flushed the system they found a "glue" like substance inside they said, noone wasn't sure where that came from since they service the car, maybe it is something breaking down. Thanks again.
