Default Hello from the North East US!

Just bought my A4 back in November as I needed a winter vehicle (where I live it has been single digit and negative temps with record breaking snowfall this year) and LOVE it! This is my first foreign car (foreign to me, I'm an American who loves Chevys) and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's a whole new world for me, I've built a monster Chevy engine from the ground up which is for my Camaro SS, summer ride, and I look dumbfounded when I pop my hood. But to give credit where credit is due, even though this is my first post, I have been searching this forum for information since before purchasing my car. I have gotten a few small things accomplished already just by knowledge I received from here in a short time. So thanks to all of you!! Hope that's enough back story, Happy Wrenching!

Not quite sure why this got moved from the welcome forum? And let alone to the B6 forums? Mods, can you inform me just for future reference?

welcome to the forum! glad to hear you jumped into the euro crowd. These cars are a bit more intricate then chevys or fords. but anything you need feel free to ask. there is a plethora of info on these cars and we are always here to help!

It is quite a bit different. There's things I like about both cars that neither one can compare to. Like the handling of the Audi is tight as heck and handles awesome. The Camaro can't compare but at the same time the Audi will never sound like it's going to suck in a small child like my Camaro does (literally has made kids cry lol) or lift the front end off the ground. I am very happy and fortunate to have both worlds...and thanks to all in advance for all the help and info I will take from here and hopefully one day I can give back with experience and info!
