Hello and some questions
Hello everybody,
just introducing myself as a new member and have already some questions to the group. I have been a long time BMW owner but know nothing about Audi. Today I had the opportunity to test drive an 2003 Audi A4 3.0 quattro in beautiful condition and I loved the way it drove. The car has 50k on it and looked, sounded and felt like a new car but since I never had an Audi I am not sure what things I should pay particular attention to. I do most of the maintenance work myself on my cars and have kept all my vehicles on perfect condition so far. I know BMW mechanic pretty well but I am new to the Audi world. Any tip and advise would be very well appreciated.
Thanks
Al

Try to get the service records. Make sure it tracks straight when you take your hands off the wheel and when braking. Check the bottom of the door panels for rust. Check and make sure all options and switches work. Bring it by Autozone and make sure there aren't any old CEL codes lurking. (I have a 2003 A4 3.0 MT6 with 77k miles, second owner, and it is a very nice vehicle. Bought it for my daughter about 14 months ago.)
