Hi to everyone!

I hit my car in very, very stupid way: stop and go traffic, my eyes were stuck on a 2008 A6 model in the adjacent lane and I simply didn't hit the brakes on time...so I hit a service truck w/ rear bumper steel reinforcement. I do have collision, but my spouse has too many accidents and I didn't want my insurance to spike again.

Anyway, there's front bumper damage and some hood damage. I have uploaded some pics below so that someone more knowledgeable than me, could advise. Please, advise

Dealership quoted $1250 for parts only: bumper, reinforcement, and supports. Paint, installation- extra.

Do you think the damage is repairable, or I should buy new parts?
Any advice on what to do buy, if I find a local mechanic for cheaper?
Should I paint it at an independent car paint shop or go with local Audi Dealer to match the paint?
