Default Help I have a MIL.

I just replaced the coolant flange and a MIL popped up. What do you think. Do the over the counter code readers work?
is it air bibles inthe coolant and doI do?
HELP!

THANKS FOR THE HELP, MY MIL IS FIXED......... Would have been nice to get some help.

He didn't plug in his ECT sensor probably

Oh, so now you start posting, after it's fixed. Maybe I shouldn't say what I did, just so you know how it feels to be left in the dark when you needed help.
Alright, yes I plugged in the ECT, Some how a vacuum check valve broke at the seam, where the two halfs come together. I placed it, and cleared the codes. All is well. I just wish I could have had some help that's all. I am reasonably skilled as a DYI'er, who is not a mechanic.
