Hey Bustanut,
He has a USP front bumper with a Reiger custom splitter. He also has S4 doorblades and painted lowers.

Sorry haven't replied. I only check this forum once in a while. Thanks on the props. If you need immediate answers to anything, catch me under rxrep at audizine.com
As mentioned, it's a stock USP front shaved to look one piece. The tow hook cover was shaved out as well, and the front center and fog openings were re-moulded a little to redirect airflow for better intercooler effectiveness.
The upper portion was the stock non-USP. The lower was bought through Greg at DTH (link above). It was a DIY fitting of the USP bottom to non-USP upper. Worked great. Used fuzor (I know a body guy who gets it for me) to glue the portions together and shave the seams.
EDIT: Der, forgot about the splitter. It's a Reiger for a B5. Got through North American Motorsports. I think it's namotorsports.net or something. The B6 one didn't exactly match the lines. The B5 didn't either, but gave more material to work with in re-shaping. It was shortened in 3 places and re-formed back together again (also using Fuzor). It wasn't a straight bolt-up situation.
