It all depends. There are bolt on kits and there are cut and splice kits. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. There are people that go w/ebay kits and have no regrets. Others get nice kits. Its a hit or miss on the quality of the product.

Just Installed vvme 6000k H7 kit in lows and 6000k H11 in the fogs yesterday. One of the four ballasts is junk getting a new one shipped as we speak. Customer service is prompt and they are taking care of it. Minus the one bad ballast I love it. Heres a half n half pic

Is the install really complex or is it quite simplistic?

The difference between the old style lights and new lights is amazing.

Is the high and low beam in the same bulb or seperate bulbs? If so i would need to get the Bi-Xenon Model.

What color temp would you recommend? - I am looking for the brightest and the most white looking bulb. I saw the 15000k it is a little more money but do you think it is worth the cost?

4100k-5500k is white w/yellow to white w/bluish yellow these are closest to daylight. And offer the best night vision
6000k is white/blue probably the closest to pure white you can get and are what I have pictured in my post above. its half hid half halogen pic.
after 6000k its just darker shades of purple. The factory BMW Hid's come in at about 8000k which seem a little too purple to me so I couldn't imagine what 15000k's would look like. Probably pretty ridiculous imho.
So to if what your truly looking for is the brightest white looking lamps go with 5000k-6000k and forget about those 15000k's
