Hit curb, rashed up my new 18" RS4 wheels
Dude to be honest you will at the end scratch the other rims as well i wouldn't worry, thats how i felt when i scratched my A8 19" it hurt really bad but next few days i scratched another rim so i just gave up...
I inquired about mine getting fix, it is possible i got told but they would of polished the edges around the whole mag which at the end it wouldn't all look the same so i never fixed it..
Sorry i live in AUSTRALIA so wouldn't be able to help you where you could get them fix...

they have writeups on how to fix the roadrash urself. just search.U buy some fill in compound and use a dremel. Its not to hard if ur a handy man but if not they have shops that will do the work for u. I had got alot of road rash on my stock rims and cleaned them up myself. U can hardly even tell where i scrathed them. But iam sure a proshop will do them where u can see it anymore. goodluck
PLzMe was right, eventually you will scratch others so don't worry about it. It happened to me before. I scratched one of my wheels and got it fixed. Couple months later I scratched the other one so I finally just give it up.
Well... if you want to know those repair shops works or not? Yes, they can fix your wheel and most likely you can't even tell the difference. Some tire shops also provide repair service, just ask around.

UPDATE!
I had a rimspecialist fix the rash on my wheel. It looks absolutely perfect. I see what you guys are saying about probable damage to the other wheels, but I have had the wheels about 3 months. In a year or two, I will probably throw in the towel.
The best part, it was free. My buddy is the used car sales manager at a large dealership, and this rim repair guy has been on him to try his service. After finishing my rim, the sales manager agreed to use the guy on a regular basis after seeing his work. In return the rim guy didn't charge him for the repair to my rim. That freebee was passed on to me.
How could i say no?

there are guys out there that come to you and refinish the wheels to perfect condition for about 100 bucks a rim, my neighbor had it done and i was watching the way he did it and its incredible the wheels looked brand new, removed the scratches and repainted them in the color of his choice. look one up in your area.
