Default How do I check for vacuum leaks????

My car seems to be running fine, but i notice when i'm stopped at a light, sometimes there is a slight vibration and sometimes that car is soo smooth you can't even tell it's on... I did fix a busted air hose..... did it myself, but I want to make sure that there isn't another leak, is there a DIY method to determine any possible leaks?
And after you fix the leaks, is it necessary to reset the ecu box even if you already cleared the codes?

Is a vacuum leak the same as a boost leak?

Couple ways I used to check for vacuum leaks. Get about 3' length of heater hose or garden hose, put one end at your ear and the other end at each connection and listen for a change in pitch.Or take gas and put in a dropper and drip gas on the connections. Engineidlewill pick up when you find a leak. Uh with the computer controlled cars it may slow down some......any way it will change. Both crude but work.
