Default hum from rear

since i bought the car i have had this hum coming from the rear wheel. i have balanced and installed new tires and still the same. i thought it was the brakes but there is no change in sound when pressing on the brakes.

thought about fuel pump but there is no hum unless im moving.

this needs to be a wheel bearing right?

does anyone have a DIY on the rear bearings? or at least a picture of the type of press needed for the job?

You'll want to take it in for wheel bearings. They're a bitch to press at home.

Definitely would say wheel bearing. You can probably pick up puller to separate your hub from the bearing assembly then press the bearing in/out with bearing puller.

Good luck!
