good luck getting a turbo timer to work with these cars.. theres one problem-> immobilizer.

if your stock or mostly stock, godspeed intercooler is ok at an affordable price.

Do I need the turbo timer.

 

not really just let it idle for 30 seconds if you were driving normal. if you were driving it hard or so let it idle for 1-2 min or drive normal for the last mile or so before shutting it off.

shutting the car off after driving hard is bad for the turbo and oil. it will cake up and break down the oil, damage the turbo shaft, bearings, and seals.
