Angry I need you guys again!

I'm having some trouble with my car idling/running extremely rough. I'm not driving it right now because of this. When I started it today I could hear a vacuum leak coming from somewhere near the back of the engine near the firewall, so I check. It appears to be coming from the 2nd part of the crankshaft breather hose that goes down to a roughly 2" hole right above the Oil Filter just under the intake manifold. Does anyone know what this part is called or where I can get a system of hoses to replace these, they have all dried up and are just crumbling apart? I can get to it if I take off the intake manifold. I'm guessing I will also need to go ahead and get a new gasket/seal for the manifold.

I'm guessing the rough running is because of a vacuum leak there. Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated!

Here is a picture with a little bit of explanation of what I'm looking at. I'm thinking it's the curved hose that comes out of the bottom of the breater hose and goes down to the Cylinder Block Breather. It's roughly a 1' long a 1.5" wide tube going from the crankshaft breather hose to the cylinder block breather hole just above the Oil Filter.

Part number is 06a103247. Dealer was pricey so I went to ecs. I would probably get the 3 way breather hose at the same time. Hopefully that will fix your problem, but honestly mine didn't run much differently when that part was broken.

Actually, sorry, but that's the part number for the 3 way breather. I'll see if I can fond the number for the other part, or you can call a dealer, give them that number, and they can look at a diagram and find the other one.
