hello all! i just bought my 02 a4 1.8T what should i do to it first, i wanted to change my wheels first because the stock wheels are gross. any suggestions? and what should i do next, chip it first or change the exhaust?

 

slow down man! you must not have the 17 inch wheels bc they arent gross.

most important ? is is your car auto and does it have quattro???

 

hmm, the only wheels that look better on our cars are the ones from the USP or an RS6 C5.

 

Not true! Any vag wheels can look good. Check out hartmannwheels.com

 

Really depends which stock wheels you've got - the ones with the 5 chunky spokes look good IMO (and luckily for me, they're what's on my car), but some of the others are kinda ugly.

^^^ those are the C6 RS6 wheels, I like the RS4 B7 and the RS4 B5(USPB6) for our A4s, they look subtle and sporty.

For stock wheels, IMO they look very nice. That said, if someone threw a bunch of $ at me and said I could only spend it on car upgrades, I'd get something else, maybe these or these (IMO they look pretty classy), in order to provide clearance for a big brake kit.

i have a auto tranmission and no i dont have the 17'' rims on them.

 

anyone know where to get rims? ive been on tirerack and discounttires didnt see anything i liked, i do like the rs4 wheels.
