just got car tuned now i get a vibration

Default just got car tuned now i get a vibration

i have a 04 1.8T 6 speed

in 3rd, 4th and 5th the car gets this vibration when the boost gets around 15psi when its around 3000rpms then it will go away the higher the rpms go

anyone have any ideas?

car has an apr snub mount on it

im pretty sure the vibration your feeling if from having that apr mount in there. if the engine has no rubber to cushion the vibration, you will feel it on the inside.

i have that same vibration shaking. Basically, the car wants you to stay in your power-band or go fast i guess. I don't think it's harmful because thats how mine has been for a while and it's only when i accelerate with my foot pretty much planted down on the gas pedal. How are the snub mounts? you notice anything different?

the snub mount made a big difference in shifting. the driveline has no up and down movement now

for $39 it was well worth it and very easy to replace

same happened to me but would only vibrate in 1st and 2nd. turned out to be spark plugs though lol, just throwing that out there.

did you follow the centering procedure for the snub?
