Default Leather issue

Ok, so I bought the car, I went to the States and put 3k miles on it and got the car up to most of its services. HOWEVER, I got a little issue:

The driver seat has some damage on it, merely cosmetic, but I don't like it that way... Anyone know if there's any good leather conditioner or "repairer" to prevent any further damage or attempt to fix this?

I feared that much, then there's the problem with the airbag right there too. The previous owner was probably a fat cheeseburger-eating talking on the phone whiledriving-no seatbelt wearing-don't use the signals bloke.
