Default little storage problems...

Alright, so 2 quick things, my car is in storage and the battery died. I have someone to go and start it regularly and he told me that the battery died so I asked him if he could jumpstart it, he did but when he did the blinkers came on by themselve, when he pressed the hazard button they blinked faster, I suspect light bulb out somewhere or blown fuse or relay or something... Any ideas?

Another thing, after he jumpstarted it the car idled for maybe 2 mins then it just cut out, he tried to jumpstart it again but this time turned over a bit before startig, suspect engine speed sensor... Any more ideas?

There's no humming noise from fuel pump/filter...

How long has it been storaged?
maybe old fuel caused it.
Blinkers:
if both of them work fine then its weird... if your fuse would be bad, they wouldnt work at all (IMHO).

ok, so could be the fuel I hope... The blinkers they turn on by themselves and when the switch is pressed the blink even faster... Someone on another forum told me to change the battery as they caused all kinds of weird problems sometimes, he said he has a similar issue where his interior lights stayed on. I'll do that when I get back...

with the fuel maybe the filter got clogged since it sat for so long all the crap sat at the bottom and when u turned the car on the disturbed it and clogged the filter and shut the car off. i doubt im right but just input to help. And our electrical systems are funny in audis. They have a mind of their own.
