Default Machine Shop Damage To Cam Bearings - Serious?

Audi A4 1.8L
Hello everyone,
I might be wrong but it looks like my machine shop damaged 2 cam bearing areas in the head - rear or last exhaust cam bearing and 1 intake bearing.
There are 4 pictures- 2 of the damage done to the rear exhaust cam bearing surface (looks like the aluminum is peeled up) and 2 of the damage on the intake cam at the number 11 lifter bore / cam bearing.
Damages are in the red circled areas. Both pairs of pictures are different views of the same areas.
My question is does the damage look serious enough to cause failure or premature failure?
Thanks for any help.
