Default Mis-Fire

So last night I blew two coil packs. I noticed the mis-fire and got the flashing CEL, anyway I was only a couple miles from home so I just drove it. Today I spent a s*** ton of time trying to guess which pack was blown (only thought one was gone, and couldn't get it to a shop with a scan tool.) So I finally got the two replaced, but I am having another problem: I had a serious amount of smoking coming out of my exhaust today. I thought it would only last a few minutes while the unburned fuel in the system made it's way out. It hasn't, in fact nowthere is a decent amount coming from the engine bay. I couldn't see for sure where it was coming from, but it was somewhere around the cat/turbo area. Maybe I burned up some of the cat material with all that unburned fuel being ignited? Is there something I should be lookng for? Will it eventually go away? Also I reset my computer (disconnect batt. for >10 min)so it would force new sensor readings and baselines. But now my traction control light won't go away. I had this happen once before, but another reset fixed it. Now I can't get it to go away. Is there any way to turn it off without a Vag-Com?

Thanks
