ok so we just had a snow fall and i was giving it a little it the parking lot of my school where it was still covered with then i left and i drove for about 3 miles o my house and noticed that when i give it gas the car starts to vibrate and also seems like its sputtering. i had a problem like this before with the ignition coil to where it would make my car violently vibrate but had the problem fixed that the dealer. i also recently put on my spare tire about 2 weeks ago and was thinkin maybe this is the problem but it didnt do this before til today. so please help

 

i also forgot to *** it is a 2004 a4 1.8t with almost 76000 miles and i have not changed the timing belt. do you think the timing belt could be an issue

No offense...but did you really ask if your spare tire was the problem?? Sorry sorry....It definately sounds like another coil man....I would definately check your spark plugs, and definately replace them. You shouldve gotten some mail from AUDI saying theyll pay for the replacements so thatll help you out.

 

If you have a check engine light or not is most likely your coil pack, replace and don't drive until replaced.
