Default need help bad!

I bought this stupid chip that hooks upto the iat sensor off ebay and when i hooked it up it screwed up the car pretty bad. Of course the engine light turned on so I bought a obd reader. I got the codes PO106 for manifold absolute pressure/barometric pressure circut range/performance problem, PO235 for turbo boost sensor A malfunction. And later on nowI amgetting one forp0420 which is a catalyst problem. I boughta new IATand turbo boost sensor to see if that would fix anythingand it didntchange a thing. Now I am wondering if it could have caused problems with the computer. This really sucksmy car is so slownow i couldnot pass a city bus the other day. And its not the catI checked it out the cat is fine. This has been going on about five months and am desparate for anysugestions. Alsowhen accelerating from below 2500 rpmabout when the turbokicks in the car pauses for a second thenquiklyrevs like normal anditsounds like the waste gate opensway later than it used toI can shift fast enough so the waste gate does not open.

By the way it is not really a chip it is a $30 nightmare that is suppossed to basicaly tell your computer your getting colder air or somthing like that.

If its trimming down the IAT signal so the ECU thinks it's getting colder air, the ECU is going to push more fuel into the combustion chamber, making you run rich. If you have been running rich for an extended period of time (5 months will do it), your cat and O2 sensors are probably burned out. Just hope that it was trimming to rich, instead of to lean conditions.

If you're looking for inexpensive chip-like results, do a search for cincyTT's diode mod, but fix your current issues before going that route.

Oh, and screw ebay.

I am going to get a test pipe and fix the catalyst problem soon but I am trying to understand why I am having problems with the new IAT and boost sensor. A friend of mine suggested it could be the map sensor but I dont think there even is one on that car atleast when I look online for one they only go up to 2000. One thing I noticed when I checked the wires to the sensors with avoltage meterthe boost sensor checked out ok but no readingfrom the IAT sensor. Please any sugestions are greatly apreciated. I dont have a clue of what to start replacing even if I had the money besides o2 sensors. This weekend I am going to redo everything I have done so far like reseting the computer and checking for leakswhere i could loose boost and maybe pulling the cat. It is driving me INSANE.
