Well after that long winded post about the miracle oil change and everything else I replaced I happened upon the actual cause of my noise and power loss! So after several miles if no engine light or noise after the oil change I was driving today and the noise came back and came back with a vengeance. I thought for sure I had something major wrong, new motor here I come lol. With that said I got home and had my son rev it up while I was under the hood since now I can actually here it while giving it gas standing still and not just under acceleration. The while cause if all my headaches time and money spent ended up being the 3 bolts that hold the turbo to the exhaust manifold were very loose. The two you can see easily almost backed all the way out and the third one that is tucked up a bit was loose but could only go so far because if the shield above it. So that said I tightened all of these bolts down and wala! Problem finally confidently solved. So any of you with a rattle noise check these bolts they may be loose!
