hey, this is my first audi, moved up from a golf mk4., miss it but what do i need to know?

how many miles should i change what?
what should i do to maintain the motor strong? (type of oil, filter, ) things like that. its a 1.8t so yeah i gotta maintain it

 

This is a good forum but the standard response is do a "search" for specific information. Since your questions is so general, I strongly suggest you start reading the posts and focus on problems and fixes for the 1.8T. As far as oil, I'm a believer in Mobil1 0W-40 for a turbo engine and I replace mine every 7-8k. I also change the brake fluid every two years as recommended by Audi, and change the differential, transmission fluids every 60k. Do the same on my A6 and my daughter's 2003 A4 3.0 MT6. Timing belt with all tensioners, t-stat, serpentine belt and fluid every 75-85k.
