So I talked to the dealer late yesterday, he informed me that it was in fact the turbo. Hopefully that is the last of my issues. At least I got a new turbo out of the deal.

 

So i got the car back last Friday. They replaced the turbo and some sort of valve. I drove from where I live in Mass to the beach in R.I. and the car didn't have a single issue. Looks like my troubles are currently over and I can finally enjoy my new car.
