New to B6 ownership, need advise on service parts
Hi All
I am new to this establishment, thanks for having me
I just bought a 2004 Audi A4 1.8t convertible for very little money as it is rough idling and there is a orange Oil Sensor light on
The car needs a full service so I have ordered Mann, oil, air and fuel filters online. I am picking up 0-30w 5l oil from a distributor in Dublin later today
When I bought the car I was advised that 2 coil packs are gone and the Oil level sensor, so I want to buy 4 coils, 4 sparks and an oil sensor
From reading on the forums people advise to use copper spark plugs (e.g NGK BKR7E) but seems you have to gap them yourself, is there a recommendation for standard plugs?
I cant seem to find the exact part numbers for the Oil Sensor (have seen this on ebay 6PR 008 079-071 but can't confirm it fits)
Finally the coil packs, there seems to be different brands and part numbers, does anyone know the standard coils for my car?
