New Car!
Hey,
My name is Lucas. I just purchased a 2005 Ultrasport 1.8t 3 weeks ago. It so far has been my favorite car out of the 4 that I have owned. I have a couple of questions about the car that I would love to find out. Thank You for all of your time!
1) What is the stock boost preasure on the Ultrasport Model?
2) What exhaust/Intake/Ecu upgrade will be the best for my car?

1. Same PSI as any 1.8t. USP is just an aesthetic package. No more ***** than a sport or base.
2. We can't directly tell you what's best for your car. Everyone has different tastes, budget, and power goal. Search the forums and get a feel for the 1.8t's modability and you'll make the decisions yourself. If you need info on SPECIFIC products/upgrades, then we can give you a hand

APR is a nice ECU upgrade. If you buy multiple profiles like stock, 93, 100 octane you can switch between them via cruise control switch. You can also opt for a kill mode and valet mode. GIAC is good chip, but you have to use hand-held unit to switch between modes.
Ive listened to a magnaflow on a 3.0 a4 and it sounded so mean, however, ive heard a magnaflow on a 1.8, not as aggresive but it does give off a nice sound (not like the ricers). I personally like the magnaflow, and I'm in the process of ordering a complete setup.
