What's up guys ... i just registered for this and i've had my 2004 a4 1.8t for about 10 months now and think it's time to mod it a little. I was thinking about doing a Carbonio intake a diverter valve and exhaust. I just wanna get some of your guys input if you've done what i wanna do let me know if your happy with it or not ... any little bit helps
thanxx

well if your looking for more performance from your ride, the best bang for your buck is to chip the car. that is no doubt the best way to get the most hp increase without a new turbo or something really expensive... an intake wont increase your hp but will make your turbo more audible, and a DV is a good idea because if you do chip your car it is likely to break due to the increase in boost pressure and also you can get the cool whoosh sound. exhaust is also a good idea but is only really worth it to me if you get the full catback system which could be slightly costly.... but thats just my two cents!

thanks man i really appreciate it ... i was thinkin about starting small you know and then obviously eventually do the chip cuz i've gotten mixed opinions about how i should go ... either chip it first and then to the mods and update the chip or do the mods and then chip it so as not to keep updating it u know so idk but i think i'm gonna do the intake and DV soon and i've heard they do after chip'n the car ... have you done any work to urs ?
