Default New to me 2005. should I transfer the warranty?

Okay I just bought me a nice 2005 A4 7500 miles but Im conflicted about the this aftermarket extended warranty. I have to transfer for like 200 dollars but the company seems kinda iffy to me (plus they have c- from the better buisness bureau) I already know I got to shell out some cash for the timing belt here in the next month (something this warranty does not cover) and probably brakes too cuz that light just came on but who knows I think I just got to give her a good cleaning and inspection from what i can tell tho the pads are still good (and I chalk that up to gen maintenance stuff i would be changing out soon anyway). But then again its only 200 dollars but 200 dollars that could be spent on the car in other ways. It just seems like a waste If these cars are already reliable.

heres a sample warranty of the coverage. I think its a pretty weak one but might be worth it my AWD tranny breaks in 2 years.

basically I think the pregnant lady discounted the vehicle so greatly as to stick me with cost of a some general maintenance (IE new tires brakes and pump) other than that the car is great although that damn MAX speed setting makes me want kill somebody.

I would definately transfer the warranty. I bought a certified used audi and had to pay to transfer it and it probably saved me close to $3000 in repairs, and it included free towing. If the brake pad sensor is on then you need new breakpads, trust me, do not fool with it. The pads WILL still look ok on the outside, but the middle will be worn down. It's a cheap fix too. I did my timing belt at 104,xxx miles, and the old one was just fine. The water pump is usually what fails, which causes the timing belt to fail, and bad news after that. You have to treat this car like a high maintenace woman or else you might as well not drive it. The power steering fluid needs to be audi brand, I wuold run synthetic oil, and with it being all wheel drive I would rotate tires at least every other oil change. Take care of it, it's expensive to fix if/when something breaks.
