Exclamation New Member here,Needs some help Wireing melted

Hello ive owned my audi for about a year now, I just did a clutch job on it and it worked Great. BUT somhow in the process the wireing harness that runs along the airbox fell down by the exaust manifold and about 6 wires got melted together, the car started stumbleing and running on 2 cylenders. i noticed this melted harness right away. The MAF plug extends from this harness. I have started to clip the bad sections of wire away and am going to resolder new wire of the same diameter inplace.

The car ran with the melted wires, What do you guys think the odds of this car running properly again once i do this,or is it possible i damaged the ECU with my revo tuneing.

i just replaced the sections of wireing that were melted. i started the car and it still does the same thing. I removed each coil wire, the car ran worse when removing each one,one at a time.

I removed the MAF plug and the car runs the same as if the maf were plugged in. it sounds like a STi
