so i went to smog my 02 a4 b6 fwd 1.8t today and the smog shop said the obd doesnt have power so it wont communicate with the computer. i have no check engine light no codes nothing. car runs great. any ideas of what i can look for?

the car doesnt seem to have any flood damage or water anywhere it shouldnt. it was smogged 2 years ago when i bought it. so i am at a loss for ideas.

 

#12 diagnostic fuse was blown... thank god for easy fixes
