Default One way check valve?

I brought my car in to the dealership for the 60,000 mile service and I was told that my one way check valve was not within spec and needed to be replaced. The quote was $104 to fix. What exactly is a one-way check valve? Is it emissions related?

no..they go in your vac lines, and if you didnt notice it before. they probably broke it. very fragile.
syptoms of broken check valves are rough idling and even loss of boost depending on the location.... but

i think they are 2 dollars from ecstuning.com

they are $25.55 at ECS, almost at the bottom of the page (Inline check valves). http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...ategory=Engine

I got them at the dealership for about 35 a piece. Ask the guy to show you the broken ones.
