Default Possible Vacuum system problem

Hey guys got a quick question, I've had trouble with vacuum leaks ever since I bought this car a few months ago. Narrowed it down to the PCV valve below the intake manifold, replaced it and seems like I gained some power and the idle smoothed out a bit. I also replaced all 6 check valves with the cheapo ones @ usplastics and replaced the Suction jet pump and hoses around it.

With the new suction jet pump, I am hearing a decently loud hissing sound coming from it. If I pinch the L shaped line coming from the manifold the hiss stops, if I pinch the hose attached to the bottom of the suction jet pump, it also stops.

So I went and bought another one brand new OEM from the dealer locally and put it in... same hissing sound!!

Is this hissing that I am hearing normal for the suction jet pump?

Just so you have an idea of the part I am talking about here is a picture:

Did you put new clamps on the lines when you put the pump in? You shouldn't be hearing any leaks there.

Default Clamps

Thanks for the response.

I didn't put new clamps on. That's definitely something to try. I didn't even think to replace them because they weren't the one time use clamps.
