Problem wi' me flaps!!

Default Problem wi' me flaps!!
My heater flap for the screen demist dosen't seem to work. Not blowing air out anymore although the fan is working. I can hear the mechanics want to work ut it appears jammed. How can I fix this?

Hi, yes I have heat blowing to feet and out of the main vents but not onto the screen to defrost the ice or clear the mist. It worked fine until recently and still SOUNDS like it works.
