How do I get to the turn signal if I can't even get the headlight casing out?! Am I just a retard and can't find the right stuff or is it really as hard as I'm making it out to be?

I can't seem to figure out how to pull the entire headlight casing out...or do I need to do that to replace the front turn signal?
