REPLICA Oettinger FRONT BUMPER NEED ADVICE
SO I WAS BROWSING THE Oettinger SITE AND I LOVE THEIR FRONT BUMPER BUT IT IS OBV REALLY OVER PRICED.
EBAY ITEM NUMBER # 190222321894 IS SELLING A REPLICA
THE PICTURE ATTACHED IS HOW IT WOULD LOOK WITH AN OEM ONE, AND AS YOU CAN SEE THE FOG LIGHTS ARE MOVED IN THAT ONE, WOULD BE IT BE FINE TO GET THE REPLICA AND NOT HAVE THE FOG LIGHTS IN THAT POSITION
ALSO IF IT IS INDEED FINE TO GET THIS REPLICA, YOU THINK IT WILL BE FINE TO JUST GET THE FRONT BUMPER AND PAINT MY SKIRTS AND REAR BUMPER AND CALL IT A DAY, OR WOULD I HAVE TO GET THE COMPLETE SET.

All replica's fit like crap. Even OEM bumpers sometimes have to be molded. One that isn't original will be a hassle and you might need to mold it to fenders. Fair warning
Not necessarily. The bumper may not run parallel to the car's body lines (ie. the curve our front fenders have that the bumpers hugs is the hardest to run perfect) they can be bondo'd, f/g'd, or heated til they match. Same w/ rear bumpers. Skirts, lips and valences are easy but an entire bumper is a hassle
just picked up a duraflex OTG from Andysautosport.com for a great price and currently have it in the shop for install on my B6. Shop said it came in clean with mount points. I will have to wait to hear what they say on the install process.
