whats the difference aside from appearance between the two cars?

They're too very different and very similar vehicles at the same time... what does this have to do with B6's?

Well Audi did make the S4 in a B6, not the RS4. But yes, i see your point.

lol - i guess it diesn't have anything to do with an A4 B6. I was just looking around, i saw the both had 4.2 v8 and while the RS4 is stunning i just wasn't exacly sure why the RS4 was double or more the price...

 

RS4 has a high rev engine. Different suspension. A bit different itnerior. Wider body. Wider wheels. and more SPORTier stuff. Brand new, fully loaded b7 s4 was maybe about $20-25k less than an rs4

 

well both are freakin' awesome!

i'd like to see the price on the '05 S4's come down a few grand by next summer/fall but i guess an '04 is always an option. or maybe just go with an '04/'05 3.0 A4...or maybe just chip the current A4...eeer i hate cars!

anyway i love my A4, it seems to be running really well lately and aside from just a few small things its at about 85% perfect. oh and the snow is coming!!!!

 

I mean there is a huge difference between chipped a4 and rs4. Yes u can make your car faster than the rs4, but thats a different story.
