I dont know what the prices are on USP a4's now... but it seems like a good deal...
+1 for driving it and ask for all the maintance done to this car. Especially if the timing belt was replaced... you are looking at $600-$1000 depeding on a shop for that (unles you can do that yourself). Good Luck.

I just bought my 04 last month and I paid $17200 and it had half the mileage (38000) of that one you're looking at. I have all the same options except for USP, so the price seems really high for the mileage.......good luck though!

 

The sales men just lowered the price to $15,500. I'm considering it now. I have a 99 accord cpe that i can trade it in for.

That car may run forever. Its all how it's been maintained and abused/not abused it's life. Dont look for the IS300 performance, though. You'll be disappointed. Great looking car.
