So here is my story that's still developing
As i said i had oil pressure light that went off after Audi looked at it they said i need new oil pump 650$ dollars later out my own pocket since my extended warranty by Ge is not covering it since there was clog in filter which is bull**** i bought the car with 5000 miles
This is what Audi wrote
Inspected cam bearings -all ok- Hang motor and subframe -R&r oil pan-replaced clog pick up tube- Roadtested- Car has oil pressur enow but motor has a rod knock
So they said it would probably run 7 to 8 gs to fix i am like great call my warranty service they said let Audi strip the car to point of break down establish the exact break down then the GE warranty will send out an expert to see what is wrong and if its my fault or mechanical Audi said most likely they will say its mine since i had a clog in a pick up tube. I tried to talk to the warranty they said we cannot say anything till the expert looks at so i am basically ****ed i told the warranty that as soon as my light lit up for low oil pressure i stopped had my car towed to my house and from there towed to Audi the next day just to prove i didn't drive it when this all happened and plus in 13000 miles i owned the car i did 2 oil changes so there is no way i am responsible.
My mechanic from Audi also said that my head gaskets are immaculate so idk at this point
What do you guys think about this should i fight it i also called the dealer where i bought the car and started complaining there they said they will look into it and give me a call later

Where did you buy the car? Who changed the oil? Did you say your car only has 13k miles?
If you let them tear the car down so the warranty company can check it out and they then decide they're not paying you will be stuck with a huge bill. They know you know this so it's probably standard procedure. Most people probably bail at that point.
I would tell the company that I had done everything I could to keep up preventive maintenance, and tell them they calculated their risk before selling you a warranty. They should have known this could be a problem. Actually, I'm sure they knew it could be a problem, that's how they come up with the price to charge you for the product.
Also threaten to contact the BBB, and be prepared to go to court. A lot of times just having a letter sent from an attorney stating intentions to file suit will be enough to motivate them to get their act together.

the car is 2005 1.8tQ now has 63 thousand miles when i bought it had 50000 miles i bought it so i only put on 13,000 miles i bought it from a used dealer ship Called Baron Nissan i called them and they said they will look in and tell me
I picked up my car from the Audi dealer after the oil pump was replaced yesterday now i am thinking where should i drop it off to be teared down at audi or the used dealer where i bought
What the warranty said to me if the expert will say the rod went do to oil pump which was clogged which they dont cover then they will not pay and audi said most likely that's the case
My oil was changed at some small mechanic station that i know but only synthetic was put in since i asked i will go today and see if he can write me recites
