Starting problems

My friend has a 2004 A4 1.8 Quattro and went to try to start it this morning and the engine would crank but not start. Its getting fuel and we just replaced all the spark plugs and no luck. Help? Thanks.

Have you checked for a code? I would say start with crankshaft sensor. If that doesn't work check and make sure your fuel pump and fuel filter are good. Hope it helps.
