Taillight Tinting

RE: Taillight Tinting
I just tinted mine last weekend. If you don't want to wait or pay for shipping you can find a hobbie shop in your area and get tinting spray from them.Call first because they don't all carry it. Just ask if they have tinting spray for model cars. From my research online the model spray is just as good, if not better than Nightshades (supposedly the model stuff lasts longer). I will post pics tomorrow although myA4 is black. Here are two write-ups I foundwith pics that helped me. Good luck

RE: Taillight Tinting
Hey just a quick tip that could help you if you end up tinting your lights with film: I purchased a 24" x 12" sheet of tintin film on ebay about 3 years ago and put it on my last car (2002 X5). One thing that I realized just in time, was that you will be able to give your tails a much cleaner look if you just take the entire light out. This will allow you to really cover everything up, which will avoid the film eventually peeling off due to weather conditions. As I said, its been about three years now and they still look very good.

lamin x sucks u gotta have sum serious skill to get that tint on. The taillamp is to much curved on the sides to get it to stick without any bubbles. unless u do tint on windows all the time and are a pro i wouldnt advise that. Stick with the spray cant go wrong there.
