Default Timing belt recall A4 and TT

I live in the Chicago area and I recieved a letter last night that Audi will pay for a damage repair on an engine if the belt broke before 105K miles, this is good on any 2002 -2004 a4 and TT 1.8 turbo engines. You need to provide reciepts of course but I though I would share this with you guys. However it does not cover just a replacement of the belt, just damage.

Audi says at 105k but its recommeneded at 70k.

I got the same letter last night although I believe it said Audi's from 00-03. But you must show proof that you've had it inspected at the appropiate times. So does that mean that if it breaks before the 105k they'll pay for the damage done to the engine and all? is the inspection free or is that where they'll rape you?
