I purchased a 2002 with 65,000 miles and relatively new yokahama avid tires. After a few thousand miles I noticed the front tires started to cup, and to a lessor degree the rear. I had the alignment checked and the tires rotated and balanced. Everything was up to spec.

Can anyone let me know why this might be occuring?

tie rods checked? Cv joints? Check all the suspension. Sometimes it could even be the shocks being worn out.

 

Those tires just suck. I am going back to the OEM.
