Hi. I got an aftermarket Audi A4 B6 and have found it's towbar mechanism broken.

Here is picture I found on the internet:



The clamp thing above green label is all way up and the red area on the flywheel is near the green label.

Now there is my towbar:



The red label is on the other side and the clamp is all way down.
Flywheel only turning a little clockwise and not turning CCW. The key is stuck and not turnng, nor getting out. Device can not be fixed on the car - it's falling off.

Please, help. How can I make that flywheel unstuck? Is this thing repairable? I can not even guess how to disassemble it.
