My 02 audi a4 3.0 with 175,000 miles is expierencing so tranny issues. When I put it into D the cluster panel shows 54321 with 1 highlited and will not shift out of 1, same goes for Manuel(tip). The car shifts just fine in Sport(s) mode. There is no water in the ECU/TCM. Can this be the circuit card underneath the shifter?
