Default Two Interior Questions

Ok so I have two questions. [THIS IS NOT A PIC OF MY CAR!]

The first is the piece circled in the white and red on the LEFT side of the photo. I am missing that piece (but on the right, passenger side of my car), I was wondering if that piece can be replaced? It really degrades the car when it's missing, looks bad. I had that piece at one point, at least I thought, then window broke (didnt go up/down) and when I got the car back from the mechanic, it was no longer on there. He claimed that piece never came with the car, IDK about that though. Anyway, I would like to get another one of those. Do I just go to an Audi dealership? Or do you think I wouldn't be able to find another one of those pieces. It looks like it just snaps in...

Question two: The wood panel on the left side of the pic. That keeps coming out everytime someone shuts the door when they use the passenger side of my car. I just click it back in, but each time someone shuts it, it comes off again. Rather annoying. Of course, nothing major. Should I just use some super glue and glue that back on or is there a piece I need to get. I'm tempted just to glue it back on, lol.

The first piece don't buy from the dealer, they're going to charge you an ARM and a LEG for it. The second piece there should be little clips on the trim piece, if one is broken the piece is gonna come loose, make sure all the little pieces are on there.

I got you the part number but then my computer froze, gimme a day and I'll try to post it tomorrow.

awesome really appreciate it. i'm pretty sure it doesnt serve any value besides making the car look better (it's obvious a piece is missing there without it on) but at the same time i dont want to spend a lot for something that isn't mechanical, you know.

as far as the trim part coming loose, i havent seen if anything is missing under it. I usually just clip it back in in 2 seconds, it's just rather annoying that every time a friend gets in the passenger seat, the thing pops open LOL.

If you go to a place called VAGcat.com, you will need to open an account to access it, then go to the catalog part, then click on A4 avant, then select 2003/8E chassis, then click on mirror 4/6 cyl, then check out part #10, that's the interior cover left. You can also call ECS and ask for that part and make sure that is the correct part, I believe they have the order late/weekend phone thing.

I'll take your word for it. So you're pretty confident that would work in my '02 a4 1.8t on the passenger side? (not sure if the drivers side or passenger side are different)
