Angry Very High Idle in Park

I have a 2005 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro. I am having some problems with it idling very high while in Park. It's relatively normal when in drive. It is a little jumpy but only 50-100 RPM. I'm not sure if that's normal or not, I wouldn't think so though. But the High Idle is what's really aggravating. It will idle anywhere from 1800 - 2100RPM while in park.

Does anyone know of anything it could be? I would appreciate any input, I'm lost w/it. Thanks guys.

Check for codes, I think there's something about the transmission switch...

Also, I have been doing a little bit of research, do you think it could have something to do with my PCV Valve? If so, does anyone know where that is located? I am still planning on getting the codes tomorrow though.

Check the codes for sure.

Could be as simple as a throttle body adaption. Put the key in the ignition and turn the electronics on (dont turn car on). Let it sit for 30 seconds. This will do a TBA. Hope it helps.

Hi, thanks for the advise AutoUnionFan. I will do that as well as get the codes this weekend. Excuse the ignorance, but what does "TBA" mean? Thanks again.

I got a P0507 Code: Idle Control System - RPM Too High
Which I already know. I tried the TBA, and it didn't help. Could this be related to a vacuum leak? I can hear a hiss coming from behind the engine. I just can't tell where it is coming from. What are some things I can check? Anyone have any ideas on what to check? I have just recently had the Crankshaft Ventilation replaced. (All of those dumb hoses under the intake). Thanks for any help!

So a vacuum leak could cause the high idle?
